At this time of long nights, Nature calls us inward. With the intensity and global change so many are living through, we need spaces of replenishment, connection, and rest in the caves of our being. Even though our culture resists the dark, this is where we renew ourselves and nourish the soil of the Self. And we need community warmth more than ever.
Join me for an in-person Winter Solstice Ceremony in Toronto, an intimate sonic ritual designed to help you reflect, release what no longer serves, and attune to the wisdom of the season. Through sound, stillness, and shared ceremony, we will journey inward to receive insight and nourishment for the cycle ahead.
