Summer Solstice is a time of fullness and light, a sacred threshold inviting us to pause, reflect, and align with what is most essential. As we honour the longest day of the year, we are invited to reconnect with our own light and tend to what is growing within us.

What dreams are beginning to unfold from the seeds we have planted? What nourishment is needed to support this new growth? How can we support ourselves and one another in the midst of these intense and rapidly changing times?
