At this time in the world, there is so much unexpressed grief and loss. Yet beneath the surface, new life is waiting to emerge.

We live in a culture that has not been taught how to grieve. Healing requires a witness and a safe harbor.

Join us for a daylong immersive journey to transmute your sorrow into the seeds of your future.

The Experience

In this sacred space, we use the alchemy of sound and breathwork to navigate the landscape of the soul. You will be guided to move through the weight of what has been lost and into a deeper listening for what is ready to be born.

What dreams are you ready to bring into the world?

What wants to be birthed through you?

What We Will Explore:

  • The power of breathwork: using conscious breathing to release stored emotional tension and access deeper states of clarity..

  • Guided journeying: navigating the inner landscape of grief to uncover what is waiting beneath.

  • Transmutation rituals: practices to transform heavy energy into creative life force.

  • A safe community space: a held container where every emotion is welcome and every voice is heard.
